Dubai Intl, Terminal 3 Concourse A; Airside - take the lift located next to the souvenir shop to Level 6. International and in transit flights only.

Dubai Intl, Terminal 1 Concourse D; Airside - prior to Immigration, board the train to boarding gates level then take the lift or stairs on the left to Arrival Level, turn left and then right.
